We connect adults with licensed healthcare professionals who review an online intake and, where appropriate, prescribe treatment that is dispensed by a pharmacy in our affiliated network and shipped to your door. Our supplements, skin care and personal care products are sold at healthbuy.com. Our customer care team is based in the US and answers every message within one business day.
What is the HealthBuyRx process?
Choose a treatment and start the online intake. Answer questions about your health history, current medications and goals; in some states you will also be asked for a photo ID and a photo of yourself. A licensed healthcare professional reviews your answers, and you can expect to hear back within about 24 hours. In some states a video consultation or live chat is required, in which case your provider will contact you to complete it. If treatment is appropriate and a prescription is issued, the medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you, and you can follow everything in your patient portal.
How much does HealthBuyRx cost?
The cost of your consultation and of any treatment is shown during the intake before you confirm anything, and you are only charged for treatment if a prescription is issued. Plans are available month to month or for several months at a time. There are no hidden membership fees.
